They either need a completely different dev team or studio or just dont bother. The last two games have been really bad, people playing them and them being popular at these tournaments does NOT make them good games, and not good MK games. MK is unrecognisable now, its so generic and looks like a clone of any other fighter. Its lost its spark and thats largely down to the fans allowing it to happen but also the devs who have no business working on this series ( yes some of it is the woke stuff ) .

They also need to shake up the formula and go back to a a proper story based game, MK Deception, shaolin monks style.

I agree, they should have stopped after MK9. I know a lot of people love MK X as well but to me that was the start of downfall, with the terrible idea of Kombat Kids and variations.

Like it or not Mortal Kombat is a golden mine. I don't think they should stop launching games but NRS must change A LOT. They can't balance any game since MK9. Hire experienced japanese people in the area. Tekken is insane compared to this
