Did MK1 do anything to fix Sindel's character assassination in MK11?

Honestly, I was never really attached to her as a character, but I hear a lot of people hate what MK11 did to her, and after seeing her ending, I get it. They turned a relatively deep character into a generic chaotic evil-for-the-sake-of-it character, and the excuses NetherRealm gave are laughable, especially the "she looks evil, so she should be evil" excuse, despite making her look LESS evil in this game.

Thats the point of a DISCUSSION forum. He is asking IF anything has changed. If you do not feel that you should be obliged to answer, then dont. Dont attack someone for asking a question ffs. They reverted Sindel back to her heroic roots.

Mommy Sindel was her best incarnation -- she was Shao's milk font, as we all knew she was. MK1 has turned her into a generic Michelle Yeoh clone (as all the other female, now, Asian characters are), sans any personality or character. OF course, every combatant in MK1 was character assassinated at the altar of "DEI" (a.k.a., DIE!)... So, Sindel is just more collateral damage.

The only hope is that, if we see another MK game before WB go bust, they will re-retcon everything back to the way it was... And if that means pre-MK11 Sindel, I'd be fine with that. Anything but MK1 Sindel; or any MK1 version of a character, for that matter 😒
