This game needs a good CPU, more RAM and fast storage. By the looks of your laptop spec, its easily over 5 yrs old. You wont be able to run it well to be frank.

Better get a newer laptop or build your own PC with decent parts to have a better experience.

It depends, if you are fine with 30 fps then you could try. My SteamDeck has even weaker gfx and I always use it. You should use DLSS however If you want more than 720p. If you want to play online then you PC is a bit weak. I would upgrade RAM to 16 GB for better general performance. MK11 would be faster.

I am watching the ram count and is never under 20+ GB. Go with 24GB if you can. Ram is cheaper than ever now.
