Why every Mortal Kombat idle fighting stances are hilarious?

I remember 20 years or so my mom asked me "why that little doll looks like it's dancing Spanish salsa?"...

She say this after watching Shang Tsung fighting stance in Mortal Kombat 2, after her question I never ever could take Mortal Kombat seriously... I was hoping the next entry was more "serious" but the dancing fighting stances got worse and worse with every single entry... Remember Raiden from MK4...?

I'm the only one who noticed these?

That's like saying " man i could never take harry potter seriously I was hoping the next harry potter would be serious " . Who takes the fictional content in games seriously ? To say that animations or fighting stances got worse with each game is a troll comment at best . The technology has improved drastically since MK2 and MK4 . To even make that statement is just laughable .

The "seriously" part is not what you think it is and I believe you knew what I meant but lete explain anyway, it's hard to take it seriously as a play to win and more like play to laugh, as for animation I never mentioned the animation as a whole, but JUST the IDLE animation... And just the idle animation as you you know... Don't press ANY button... They are hilarious dude.
