But MK1 has the least amount of singleplayer content compared to MK11.
Less customisation, unlocks and less characters. MK11 also has a better tutorial for newbies.
Waste of time and money? Nah, MK11 is how I learned to play really well. Skills and mechanics learned there are transferable. And if you prefer singleplayer, you'll have more fights to play in MK11's Towers of Time mode than MK1's Invasions mode.
The answer to your questions depends on what you want from the game.
But I'd get MK11 Ultimate while it's dirt cheap and play that until MK1 is more feature complete and is cheaper, but that's because I dont care for online play.
Because of the longer combo strings going up to 20 and 40 hits? Which MK11 does not really have? The addition of Kameos? Which also introduces a different difficulty? I didn’t think it was that hard to understand.
