That will never happen in a million years. If you want more than 60 fps you are playing the wrong genre. Plain and simple.

Do you have any idea how fighting games work? If you did, you wouldnt be asking this question. They are designed to run at 60 fps and is NEVER CHANGING.... EVER. Get this fact straight.
If you dont like that, as I said before, go play some other game like a shooter or action adventure game which are more fast paced and can run at any unlocked framerate.

That's not an argument. There are fighting games that run at higher frame rates (KI e.g.). It depends on whether the game logic is tied to the rendering pace.
That's not true. KI runs internally at 90 fps but renders everything on your end at 60 fps like EVERY other fighting game.
