WB announced a couple of weeks back, that they are planning to move their games to a "games as a service" model, and MK1 (as well as MK11) looks to be way that they have been easing consumers into the new frontier of "You vil pay premium prices for substandard functionality and content, own nothing, and you vil be happy". This specifically is why I don't understand the insistence on Denuvo which RUINS everything about the game for everyone, This game is literally only online. MK 11 is literally only online. If I don't check in with these games? I don't have all of my unlocks. Oh wait MK 1 only allows unlocks for Player 1......... You know what? it's ALL *******! They paid for and will continue to use Denuvo when not at all relevant since MK 11 and ESPECIALLY this one is all tied online!

Okay YES! See everyone has EVERYTHING already inside of their games. That's why those patches almost replace the game. You already have everything already, you just need NRS and their servers to just change that little check button all tied to your profile.

That!! Ladies and gentlemen, is how WB and NRS do DLC. Oh you already have it,.... Your profile just needs that little check against their servers.

This game is an example. EVERYTHING YOU DO IN THIS GAME IS TIED to that little dragon symbol in the corner. Attempt to play this offline and........ MK 11 is the same way. Keys to a one way self-serving............. Kingdom.

This is called " having a FULL GAME" that needs ot be gradually unlocked with either money or time or both.........how convenient.
