Inconsistent Frames

Anybody else get this like the game sutters. I tried watching some youtube videos on how to get fatal blows over 30fps. And I still get some frame drops too. It's really frustrating and I don't know why the PC port is so wack

How about using a display refresh rate that is a multiply of 30? I am used to play at 30 fps capped, that does not matter for offline play.

the issue is fake not computers from nvidia and intel use fake methods of outputing to fake display software fake monitor drivers etc.. you wanna print directly to display and rendertodisplay and use a waveout to FILE method for multimedia audio and video in the one lightwavesoundwave form like its the 1960's amd computers as its how they were made for.. its supposed to COPY the file directly into hardware and work like its a toaster oven if it worked faster than the speed of light actually with ryzen thats FASTER THAN REALITY maybe for each of its transistors well it is for RADEON its what RX means... and the toast fell through and came out looking crispy as we set it to. But if you look at MK11 aftermath there was was a special means of dropping nvidias fake output of countless spam fake frames fake fps piled on top .. or rather screen borders and excessively boxed in sort of uhh off screen drawing.. you go into MK11 aftermath ultimate and in the graphics advanced options theres a FRAMESKIP option .. you wanna make a text config file and tell your GPU to frameskip. this fixes the fake fps and you need to change to a better more exclusive direct without framing or not virtual sort of better printing sort of FS mode.. theres old fake FS and borderless but its maybe called something else previously and change the memory allocations and things like memory culling enabled.. lower your systems latency..
i cant get sysprep to validate my fake MS OS and my fake intel fake nvidia fake ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with fake gamecode but my ryzen 5700G and a 5700xt ran MK11 like a dream and MKONE should run amazingly better with my 7800XT 16GB... sadly its seems worse.. the OS been super crippled by hackers that didnt graduate highschool in the last 2000 years because euclidean geometry that all 3D CAD software uses is a massive improvement and runs FASTER while looking BETTER. but i still can sort of pretend to run the game.. im barely getting pilling on the clothes fabrics and maybe spots of bleach or like a uv spot on this white shirt thingy.. previously in MK11 i had so much details on details you could see gross levels of skin pores from like meters away in super high quality like macro shots.

I have a 13th gen Intel CPU and I didnt need to use Process Lasso. All I had to do was disable core parking in Windows 11 and that was enough. No stutters or frame drops.

Just disable core parking in Windows 11 to eliminate any kind of bottlenecking when idle cores on the CPU are suddenly subjected to a heavy load.

its maybe an issue with the web browser you are using too, every windows OS comes with chromium based edge installed by default, but in edge you get better multimedia support and OS integration, but theres a PERFORMANCE DETECTOR in the browser settings at the bottom u gotta toggle off.. and enable all exploit protection and enable core isolation mem integ and you maybe NEED to have an activated and 'signed in' copy of windows.. uninstall .net and visual C and remove the windows optional features. maybe install an upgrade to the default notepad as its fonts are false and UTF formatting FALSE.. you wanna install newest powershell 7.4 you can do so via powershell commands or terminal or DL msi installer and get .net 8.0 not 3.4 windows 10 came with or 4.8 11 or whatever.. maybe install newer vulkan runtimes and i like to disable drive indexing its faster. you can set the SSD defragment tools scheduler to be unticked since it constantly trimming and defraging shortens drive life and slows performance but once a week or so do a trim/defrag manually. In device manager DISABLE ENUMERATORS most wont let you but eh, maybe the vpn redirect too? im on the fence about that one if you work from home with it leave the redirect alone. show hidden devices and remove whatevers hidden basically. i also disable the software devices and gswavetable root enumerators. you wont be able to disable plug n play enumerator i dont think. but as for the issue of the OS browser being chromium.. i dont know how to fix it and installing other browsers dont help much either. better off stick with edge. any issues with edge you can manually fix yourself if you know what youre doing with edge://flags which every other browser strangely has the exact same edge flags configs and settings. wow! its like edge made the HTML standards or OS standards or whatever? since you know the browser being the entire OS like old BBS software it copys FTPS reads and writes or HTTPs.. a dos floppy literally only reads and writes too. input and output is all the OS does literally ever.. its SUPPOSED to use all the hardware and do it full speed.. but unless you custom compile your own gentoo install which is then still trillions of billions of infinity slower but still trillions better than whatever this noise is.. you aint going to see much happen. Im afraid that intel and nvidia being MATHEMATICALLY not a computer but more of a cheap radio alarm clock with old cash register/calculator software PRETENDING to be a computer and is the fakest stuff ever thats slowly building up to ps2/ps3 software technologies to re-release them and turn stuff back on over the next few thousands of years when we had them from day 1 in computing in the 60s is disgusting. how do you press a camera button and have it look 2d cartoons when the world is over 4D and if it captures lightwave data its all the color or not the color.. not 'sdr hdr' nonsense.

yes you cant read the box that computers came in or you'd have purchased differently i get it you cant read.. highschool maths in all textbooks for thousands of years is TOO DIFFICULT FOR YOU.. good for you. the OLD TESTAMENT was written centuries after that and its probably way more brutal than the mortal combat one game is.. i dont think you'd be able to run that sort of maths with your not computer.. uhh go try some OTHER less difficult words on easier boxes and other NOT COMPUTER related activities that dont have any letters numbers or maths.. uhh what if you left the hopscotch things without the letters or numbers in? or have you tried soccer?

the point being this game requires computation = maths. euclidean 300BC maths and axiomatic postulate superpositioning is what it needs for ALL 3D CAD software and PRECISION ACCURATE RENDERING. if a 1980s photocopier or a 60's laser use the 60s transistor like transistor radios do and walkie talkies stuff.. its using the transistor that allows for better than vacuum tube ancient not quite true computers as it must be faster than reality to properly weigh assess measure and record reality so it can perform MATHEMATICAL calculations. the precise timings and accuracy and close to light speed frequency of DIGITAL means mathematical perfection that can be scaled and considered a waveform for +/0/- analog graphs and waves cosine and sine and do a logarithmic function to scale it up as its fast enough of a super computer it can CONSTANTLY perform MATHS CONSTANTS.. you know like always forever eternity?
