Omni Man still locked

I purchased the premium edition for this game on 09/14/23 (the $109 edition just so we are clear, this is supposed to be the version of the game that comes with EVERYTHING), and I supposedly have all the DLC, from the 1250 dragon krystals to the kombat pack 1 dlc, it says it's all in my library.

However, despite Omni man being in my dlc library, he is locked when I hop onto the game. Furthermore, restarting steam/MK1 does NOTHING. Lastly, if I try to click on the Omni-man dlc itself in an attempt to try and uninstall & reinstall it, I am simply redireced to Steam's featured page for the store, as if the dlc page itself doesn't even exist. I am completely lost, and very disappointed, please help me so I can just play Omni Man

Did you actually try to select omni man? I know at least on my end the lock symbol is a visual glitch but I can still select him, what is weird though is that the lock symbol is not there under character kustomize.

Yes, for some reason it took me about 5 game restarts... the visual glitch of him being locked is still there, however NOW I can choose & play him.
