MK1 is a good game for the money

Considering that going to a good movie theater to watch a 2-3 hour movie cost at least $30 with soda and popcorn and considering that going to a nice restaurant cost $50+ for a 1-2 hour meal for 1 person, Mortal Kombat 1 is a good deal even if you only played for 5 hours and had fun with it. Perhaps there are other games that are an even better experience, but that is why you should do research before making a purchase.

People in the forums and Youtube love to complain about video games. Gamers are looking for a game similar to World of Warcraft that they can play for 1000+ hours which they can use to replace their social life and that will be fun enough to consume all their free time. They want the game to perhaps be very competitive so they can have bragging rights that they reached such a high rank. That is a very tall order. As popular as WOW is, it isn't a very good game. It is too easy and boring. It just happened to be released at the right time and it isn't very competitive as far as I know. Games like Counterstrike are competitive, but they are also just boring shooters. You have MOBAs like DOTA2 and OW2, but they have their own problems.

MK1 is a good game, despite its many flaws, and you have probably gotten your money's worth out of it already especially if you have friends that also play it. SF6 or GG STRIVE might be better, so I am going to try those now. Good bye.

games are always rated in relation to other games. that is why it is a bad game.

200 bucks for the only apple in the world would possibly be a good deal for some, but if there are also better apples also at a lower price the verdict is quite straight foward: not worth the money.

you got no idea what you talk about if you think this game worth its price when there is zero content , tons of bugs , a bad kameo system and some dmb combo system that throw you in the air and keep you there for 50% of your hp.

People like you would find excuse even if the devs literally ♥♥♥♥ in your mouth for $70.
A lot of people literally can't launch the game for a week now. And this kind of price isn't fair for an unfinished raw product with 0 content besides story and stupid repetitive grind they called "invasions". There's still broken characters and kameos. How much time does it take to fix that? Or how much time should it take for them to "investigate" the issue of it not being able to launch on 12th+ gen processors? But they definitely did find time and resources to feed us with paid fatalities and other micro transactions.
As a standard edition player you can't even look at the items you have for paid characters and those red dots are gonna stay there forever. You can't even test them in training to see if you want them.
