Motaro is unavailable

Hi all! Has anyone encountered this problem: after receiving profile level 25, Motaro opened to me, but the very next day it became unavailable again. Moreover, you can supposedly buy it in the Steam store, but why the hell should I buy something that was ALREADY GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE? I assume this is due to a synchronization error with the servers, but how can I fix it?

I would just go in and do invasions - it's how I unlocked all the Kameos. Possibly a major glitch but you could try reinstalling to fix the problem. I wouldn't think it WOULD fix the problem but it is an option you can try.

Create a help ticket with support under the reward category and share a screenshot.. they can manually add him to your account.

I have received 2 weekly skin rewards that way due to the system glitching so dont give up... make yourself heard.

Anything not in the vanilla / base game gets locked out if there is no server ping, because every unlocks server side (as well as being restricted to Player-1 side offline, just as in Injustice 2).
