I pull it off like 1 out of every 10 tries. I think the timing has to be totally perfect.

Its not the same as MK11.. you have to press the special move button and block at the exact same time else it wont work.

i found out its like mk9 amplify where you have to press the amplify button before the second directional key on a special

yea i feel like some chars amplify moves have input bugs. For ex Raidens enchanced tele for the luv of GAWD i can't get it out doing D U+RT but if i do D RT+U it comes out constantly. WTF
