Dropping the game cuz of the desynchronized bug

I have the premium version, with Shang Tsung and it doesn't help.

I can barely play online because the game doesn't sync.

It's very disappointing because I loved the game.

I love Street Fighter and I love Mortal Kombat.

The game is running 10, but it doesn't synchronize and end the game all the time.

It's sad.

i just dont care i am spaming games 80% of them are desynced but the 20% i can finish i want to unlock this perfect general shao skin in KL, just report on WB maybe they will fix it, just know this you are not alone with this bug + do report of this issiue on their site

Yo I think I fixed it. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Firewall and Network Protection > Click the Blue link that says "allow an app through firewall", Then scroll down to MK1. There should be 2 MK1's. One of them doesn't have a box checked next to the Private box. Click on Change Settings at the top that has the Administrator Shield on it, then check the box. Then you should be all set.

i tried it didint help still get desync 80% of games, this is so sad we have to w8 so long for anything while on consoles they can play and all is fine for them

The Desync issues happens and I own Shang Tsung. It's unfortunate but since the first week launch of the game I desync less and less, crash less and less. It still happens, more often than not at the worst times but I'm definitely looking forward to these issues being a bad memory in 6 months

I don't know if it works for others, but in my case the error was fixed when I raised the account to level 30.

I never got desync again.

Hello friend!

The only way to resolve the desync bug is to have Havik and Shang Tsung unlocked.

I discovered this after having 63 hours of game, as I pre-ordered it and have been playing since 09/14/2023.

My version of the game came with Shang Tsung, but I needed to release Havik by finishing the story mode.

I finished story mode without watching the movies.

With Havik and Shang Tsung unlocked, the game started to work normally.

I will report it to Netherrealm and post it here in the Steam discussions.
