Kameo fighters won't unlock

I have my profile to level 56, with none of the earnable kameo fighters unlocked besides goro. Anyone else have this issue?

I've tried verifying game files twice as well

yes, its only stopping me from playing scorp and sub which is weird bc they are the 1st kameos ur supposed to unlock, i have everyone else this is dumb

I'm lvl 20 and only Shunjinko is unlocked. It's frustrating bc my Kombat League matches desync unless I unlock all of the Kameos and Havik. They patched a bug that allows you to temporarily unlock everybody, but they didn't patch the desync bug. I just put in a ticket with WB, so we'll see what they say about it.

Don't know whats worse. Seeing so many having Kameos not unlock.. or my similar issue of missing Concept Art Bundles and I'm lvl 100 so there is NO way for me to unlock them now.

Please make sure you guys redeemed the rewards in your mail. That’s also how you redeem havik after the story. Or redownload the game. Worked for me

Still the same issue, I had family sharing on with the kameo unlock dlc actived, I had all the kameos until one update which locked all the unlockable kameos. I'm level 120 now and they're still locked even though I bought the game myself now. Guess the only way is to wait for them to fix the bug or pay 20 bucks for the dlc again on my own?
