No character intros and long loading time

Hey, everybody. The problem with the game is that very long loading times everywhere. Doesn't even show the character intros. After selecting there is a long loading and immediately starts the match. The game is installed on SSD, GTX 1080TI, 16 RAM.
And so with all loads, although in the match I have a stable 60 fps at maximum settings.

The character intros are only present in Vs matches; they are absent in Invasions, KL, King of the hill, etc.
As for loading times, sorry, not a tech guru. I think you should post more details regarding your rig. Maybe it's a cpu issue.

is your OS installed on HDD? i have the same problem where it shouldnt take as long as it does but I looked around and it seems like the problem is that the OS is installed on a HDD. MK1 is installed on SSD but the HDD is used during loading screens anyways

IntelCore i%-7400 is reaching 70% max at the most peak gameplay moments. 35-50% usually

OS is installed on SSD as well, nothing's on HDD....
