I was actually going to suggest that. Use to be a problem in COD games with NAT types.

You have an anti virus? If so add the game as an exception.

Same with me, I've tried all the antivirus and firewall stuff and never found a match. I was lucky to find my first ever match today after unplugging and re-plugging my ethernet but never got another one

I had this and fixed it - for me, it turned out that my game somehow wasn't updated to the latest patch, even though auto-updates were on. I validated files and that triggered an update, then after that I started getting matches again. Someone else said it *didn't* work for them so who knows, but definitely give it a try!
