How do you counter Smoke?

Is it just me or is it a bit much playing the guessing game whether to block low or high every time he disappears? The tells between the different moves is way too subtle considering how fast they are to me :S

Any tips?

Smoke have smart teleport move and i can counter easy with Scorpion. But you need to know it absolutely perfect!

He has overhead teleport +low kick teleport + long and painful combos. He is not easy to beat. The key is blocking in the right manner .

i beat him but with a mediocre player and it was close. Dude didnt even know many combos. I agree he is an ahole lol
