Are you not using the low hitting forward 4 that leads into a launch combo that hits over a character length away? Sounds like a skill issue...

As someone who mains Li Mei, yeah good luck using the slow ass F4 to punish, especially online with the input delay when other characters like Raiden have faster lowers/mids that beat it. If they block Forward 43 youre mega unsafe and lose 40%+. Li Mei's normals have less range than most if not all of the cast. You just have to play 10x harder than all the other cast to open them up as her only starting mid is slow as well and people will mash you with low pokes or faster normals. Hopefully she gets a buff on her mid or gets a little more range on her d1.
