Scorpion: Kunai Rope Dart "problem"

When I play with Scorpion, I don't like to get hurt from behind when I move around (circle movement) with the kunai rope dart ... When I play against I say other Scorpion or a character who can get easy to the other side, behind me and while I make this movement with the kunai, I am undefended from this side, they can hit me any time. I think they should fix that, the kunai should take effect all around and not only from front and from the upper side ... I am right?

Thats part of counterplay. Play around it. Don't ust spam spear. Try to be unpredictable.
