That is MORE than enough damage for any character, Baraka, Raiden, and a few others badly need a nerf. What Shao needs is a couple frames knocked off his start up and ending frames.
This game is dying. Good NRS is going to find out the hard way.
I can tell ya that no one I've played online are hitting combos like this unless they're playing the brain dead easy characters like Raiden where your strings literally combo into themselves with almost no timing required. But this is every fighting game now, SF6 and tekken 8 has ROUGHLY the same combo damage % because it's super flashy and great for spectators, this may kill the genre as a whole in the long run.
And no, Shao needs no damage buff, he gets very good damage for 1 bar.
His point is he's basing his view on some youtube video.
