Disabling cpu core parking fixed the stuttering for me.

I have a i7 13700 and when I disable the e-cores the performace stutter is completely gone. So I was looking for a permanent solution that doesn't require me to lock ~30% of my cpu power away. For me disabling the cpu parking feature on windows 11 worked. Here's how to do it step by step:

thanks mate, worked perfectly for me too (unless it is the new nvidia driver or the patch, which i doubt :D ) it works in 4k as well without drops and in 1k like butter - and I'm pretty sensitive to sutters, I rather not play a game if it has that issue, so I missed some good titles :D

I retested it, it's indeed the CPU parking, it runs without any micro-stutters if I turn parking off. Thx again!

There are number of factors that cause stuttering:
-Insufficient VRAM
-Slower RAM Speed & CAS Timing
-Insufficient RAM
-Denuvo Anti-Tamper Software
-Insufficient IPC

I fixed stuttering in games by turning "Speed Step" off in my bios. It was constantly throttling the ♥♥♥♥ out of my CPU.

I have rtx4050 6gb, ryzen7 7840hs 16gb. Disabling core parking didn't work for me. For others who face the same issue please report the bug below to get it noticed
