cant achieve 60 fps on my pc

ive been looking for solutions or to see if anyone is relating.
So my pc build cant get 60 fps on mk1, at most i am getting from between 33-44fps with different settings.

but my mid tier gaming laptop is getting a steady 60 fps on its highest settings which is about mid high.

my pc cant even get a steady 50 fps on low settings. curious if anyone is relating or found a fix? i have tried different resolutions and cleared my caches etc.

but my specs for both are


Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
, 32gb RAM,
GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
win 10



and my laptop specs are
11th gen intel i5-11260h @ 2.60hz
24gb ram
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 laptop gpu


i am using a 144hz 2k 1ms curved gigabyte monitor

well I have a 4k monitor....my resolution was locked at 4k, I set my resolution to uhd 1440p and ran the game no issues

yeah my monitor is a 3440x1440 display res but ive lowered it to 1920x1080p with 120Hz and i still cant get 60fps

That sucks. Hopefully when they do decide to update the game this won't be an issue any longer

Okay does no one understand what Upscaling is? My advice to most people would be to try and use different presets. If you are trying to run this game natively and constantly at 4K on max settings? I don't know many people that can accomplish this. Not even the PS5 achieves perfect 4K and it's the best version out because it was MADE for it. It's using upscaling and dynamic resolutions. Guys.... This is a beautiful game. Lest you are using the most top of the line PC and a dedicated power circuit for said PC? You're just NOT GOING TO GET FULL 4K settings. Use an upscaler. AMD FSR2 seems to be the best bet. Pick that and get a preset that runs 60 FPS.
I don't think there's really ANY game you can run in TRUE 4K at full framerate and full settings. Nothing really can do that. Every top of the line PC graphics cards. And if they can, I don't want your electric bill. At that point you are playing a game harder than a bitcoin miner. People need to understand upscalers and dynamic resolutions.

Turn off vsync in game, enable ultra low latency and limit fps in driver settings for MK1 to 60. These should help smoothen things.

I have RTX 4090. My monitor is a 144Hz 3440x1440. Last drivers. FPS in menu 26-30, in game 52-60 at any settings. Impossible to play. Nothing helps.Waiting for the patch

Echoing this. 4090 RTX laptop. Frame stutter makes game play all but impossible. I tried all the fixes save for turning off the E-cores in the BIOS.

I'm not screwing around with my CPU cores, just to run this game. I'll wait for the patch.

i’ve literally tried all presets and even lowered all resolutions and settings to the lowest while also being playable settings. but yet not even getting past 50fps. i am reaching for advice and solutions cause not everyone os having the same issues but if theres a patch that we need to wait for is unfortunate.

like i said before. my laptop can do a steady 60fps but my pc cannot. and my pc is the better specs. so im just lost. ive copied settings and such. just no resolve

i have just about the same. just not a 4090. i have a 3070 rtx

This is possible solution
-set monitor at 60hz
-disable v-sync in option game
If lag solved go to nvidia control panel
-set g-sync for full screen and wondowed mode
