Though even with these things off, things can still get really wonky and online it's just another heap of mess, anything you learn in practice with timings, when to wait, when to delay just become next to useless in online matches for combos.

Funny that rollback, in good games (basically anything but MK1), lets you have the same timings offline/online or very close to it.
How can they fail THAT hard when this game has like 9-16f normals jeez LOL
