Why Player 2 does not have any skins nor unlocked brutalities?

You do, during the maintenance i had access to every single one of the cosmetics i own, even the ones i didn't check/equip since i was grinding invasion mode, Good try anyway :')

I hate the modern style of player 2 needing to load a profile. Just want to start the game and have all my stuff. Multiple people swapping in and out not even paying attention to which controller is picked up.

If they really have done an Injustice 2 -- all but confirming that the game was going to be / is Injustice 3 re-skinned -- and locked everything bit of content to the player-1 side, I won't be getting this... Likely ever.

The biggest pet peeve I had with Ij2, was that many abilities needed a massive grind in order to access -- even with trainers, it takes hours to get even a handful of mains' full ability suite -- and, what really made it the most disgusting insult ever, was that player-2 had zero access to these abilities; much less, the game's "gear" system. This made offline play all but pointless, as you could only used the vanilla characters (unless you wanted and completely broken match-up).

If Mk1 has reverted to this most scummy of content gating models, I'm done with NRS. to ask for premium price for a game, then cram it will day-one DLC; in a game that is more broken than a Joe Biden after a escalator fall; and THEN lock any of what content there is to the player-1 side in offline play, is beyond the pale. If this affects Kameos (only P1 can used the unlocked assist), the game is effectively broken in a competitive sense, and won't be usable in tournaments...

It's a remnant of them designing these games, ground up, for consoles. That, and in MK1's case, it's certainly because it's more an Injustice 3 than it is an MK11 -- the latter allowing customised characters to be used on the P2 side, whereas Ij2 did not.

It was the same in Injustice 2, and it wasn't until the game was dead that people really started to realise that the game was so gimped. Go and search either here or online for "Injustice 2 - cannot use skins / gear / unlocked abilities on player-2 side", and see how many results you get...

Holy Kronika! You weren't kidding! That wasn't the case in MK11 though. Well, let's call it a pleasant surprise! And while you can't master a character without the internet, those of us who who have unlocked lots of stuff will still be able to play the game even when the servers will be shut down. Oh, yeah, that's a Titanian step forward in the right direction! Totally didn't expect this!

I was talking about the time when WB will decide to pull the plug on the game. I am extremely worried about Injustice 2, MK11 and MK1. In MK11 wIthout the servers players are not able to access any unlockables whatsover, 100% vanilla, no skins, no brutalities, nothing. I really want for these games to receive "offline patch" in the future like Marvel's Avengers did. But I am not sure whether it'll happen or not. But at least now I know that in MK1 I'll have the access to everything that I've unlocked.

I mean, if yall would have the same energy to just report it as a bug and join in on the WB forum it would be easier for devs to see.
