That leaves little room for creative expression. Like of all the potential strategies you can have and fun. It just ends up... who can hit their 40% HP combo first. While both sides block furiously around not getting comboed to death. The entire match up ends up revolving around it. It makes pro play and high level play boring to watch. Because all you see is the same moves over and over again. With little variation.
Where is the strategy? the adaptability and variation in fights and combat?
maybe people just don't understand mk1 mechanics...
Assist is the new offensive meter used for more dmg and mixups
meter is used mostly for defensive mechanics like armored specials and combo breaker.
it is resource whether it comes back quickly or not. In MK11 there was 2 bars of defensive and 2 bars of offensive meter. SF6 has drive gauge and super meter. MK1 has assist and meter
Seriously, why the ♥♥♥♥ can some characters instakill you before you get to 3 bars to break their combo ONCE?
Who the ♥♥♥♥ thought that was a good idea?
