Johnny and maybe Kenshi remain top. Rest to be determined.

Best characters? Johnny Cage, Raiden, and Kenshi(Kenshi hardest to learn by a lot compared to the other two). Baraka has awesome damage still but his strings bring him down hard...once you figure out how to block his strings its easy(Block low and uppercut them out of the only overhead he can do cause its so slow). Cyrax nerf just means you can't be as reckless with committing to unsafe strings and playing the chip game as well. He's still very good.

Rain was the kharacter that won the pro tournament last weekend but I accredit that more to SonicFox being top tier not the character. lol That furry robot is nuts. Practically every character was used by pro's that made it to top 25 with the exception of Scorpion, Sub-zero, Kitana, and Li Mei. So no excuse unless you play one of them. There was a surprising amount of variety in the tournament from what I coulda guessed. Only thing that didn't surprise me is the lack of Baraka's...he was only ever a noob stomper.

I think the kameo tier list now is more worth looking into after the change.
