PC local multiplayer 2 players

Is there be an option for pc as local multiplayer 1vs1 using two controllers?

Yes... But, don't take for granted that player-2 can share the unlocked content (skins, finishers etc.) of player-1 / the primary non-guest profile. I checked with a person I gifted the game to, and player-2 does seem to get access to, at least, the skin unlocks... However, I have no confirmation on Brutalities etc..

Also, if you don't know what I mean, look into what happened with Injustice 2 and its local PvP 👈

One game, one pc, two gamepads, two players- that’s what i was talking about, and i glad to confirm that it works.
