MK1 and Kung Lao? Milena? Kameo fighters? What the heck is this?

I played MK1 soon after release in 1993. It has a special place in my memory and now I feel betrayed, they've touched that classic in the wrong crazy way.
.
For me the last good verison was MK9 Komplete, and after that in MK10,MK11 I felt that the quantity of characters and amount of content is more important than quality of it, fun from the game, and more realistic ideas. Now again they've chosen quantity over quality (to be sure that typical teens from America will not get bored)
.
MK1 should has: original 7 characters only, with original story, but very advanced, polished mechanics and graphics (more that ever), instead of mixing mk1 with mk2 and 15-40 characters to choose, crazy add-ons like Kameo fighters - all made in poor way, silly way.

You want scorpion and subzero to be asian when they were cast as white with white voice actors, then say Liu kang, Raiden can't be white when you say it can change. It's only one way with you. They cast liu kang and Shang tsung in mk1 as asian, WHEN it was intended. Otherwise they would have used asians for all of them.

Can we just stop for a moment. Scorpion being "Hanzo Hasashi" - japanese and Sub Zero being either Bi-Han or Kuai Liang being both chinese... I think take their actual lore as basis makes more sense than their depiction in the first and second mortal kombat movies by W. S. Anderson. Or is Scorpions spear being an acutaly snake now canon?

However, as Cheezelog said, you might want to stop with the racism... or the general "only-hetero-white"-speech

The game itself is the source.I only got the number wrong , it was MK 11 where Mileena ending is her and Tanya ruling outword together + plus references to that in the dialogues before the fight .

Mileena is Bi , because she already had a thing with Baraka previouslly since MK 2. Tanya could be only lez tho .

There was a recent twitter post , may 17 international day against homophobia , where MK Brasil account posted the "first lgbt MK characters" , including Kung Jin, Mileena and Tanya

Revisionist or not , its official. I'm not into retcons either , tho.
Nothing against new characters created to be part of the LGBT community like Kung Jin, but Mileena had a previous history regarding her sexuality , so i think they should not had changed her.

I went there and saw the first two vids , i think those are the ones you mentioned.
And , maybe i 'm slow but ,i'm not quite following you there , those to vids are showcasing the world tour mode and created characters.

And that is why I’ll never touch another MK game again in my life. Actually any game that promotes these ideologies. Soon as Apex Legends introduced that nonsense to it’s characters. I stopped playing and giving them money. Same reason why I didn’t buy Hogwarts LGBT. Any game, show, movie that promotes that idea too much, I hit the off button. Sometimes even cancel my subscription. Even if I’m the only soldier on this mission, idgaf. I go against the grain.
