So I would like more Fatalities to be available from the beginning, and have some more variation on Friendships.
I also wouldn't mind if they got rid of those stupidly long animations for the desperation attacks. I was never a big fan of those in the first place and they get super tedious after a while too.
But remove gore?
No.
Never gonna happen.
That has been an essential part of the series since its inception, and if I could handle it in the original MK at 12 years old or whatever, then I'm sure kids today can handle it at about the same age. Of course it's up to parents, which it should be. Entertainment meant for adults should never be censored for kids.
At one point in time you'd have been right, but as of recent, not really. Nintendo claimed to be anti censorship when drama arose about Sony banning a certain adult game while Nintendo gave it the green light. Also up until late last year, Nintendo had been allowing hentai games on the Eshop for a few years and MK11 was already 3 years old by that time. Also keep in mind that female breasts aren't as big a deal in Japan as it is in other countries
Sony and Microsoft ban hentai games too afaik, though I can't confirm. I'm thinking it could just be a console thing
I think it's more so WB as you alluded to
Game is rated M, which means your kids can stick to fortnite and hello kitty island adventure.
MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!
(TL:DR - teach your kids the difference between reality and fantasy if you want them to play it, it's not the games problem as it's not made for kids to begin with)
But now having have a big winge about the gore? We got over this in the mid 90's when every parent was freaking out over Mortal Kombat. It's been done to death at this point and we have moved on.
Your kids shouldn't ever be playing an R18+ game, gore or no gore.
now complaining about gore
Whats next?
This is like complaining about horror movies having to much killing..
One is empowering women to take control of their life while the other is portraying them as meat for the eyes of men.
Game ratings are ambiguous and malleable, MK doesn't need to stick to being a rated M game since the only thing making it hold that rating is just a silly mechanic involving blood.
Who is we?
Is your ego that big?
I am sorry that you have not grown as a person and moved on from your edgy teenage phase, if Idubbbz as a content creator has moved on from being toxic and edgy then so can you as a random person on the internet. God bless.
A Capcom Resident Evil content creator has said that he dislikes the overt gore of MK, think about it, RE being a zombie game with grotesque scenes but still drew the line with MK gore since as you can guess it, it's unnecessary.
Please NRS,
Remove gore.
Hey , you could ask Dove to make an add against gore in video games
Like washing all the blood with soup xD huauhauhahua
