Report a translation problem
There was a FAQ entry on the Mortal Kombat 1 website which said crossplay would be available post launch, but didn't specify any platforms. This was also removed.
Mortal Kombat 11 has a form of crossplay on PC but not in the Steam version. The Xbox App version can play with Xbox consoles.
Honestly, it's hard to say overall as there hasn't been any official announcement or mention of it publicly
But again, nothing is confirmed for sure
