Pre-order with Denuvo
I'm thinking if it's worth getting the pre-order seeing that it has Denuvo and that means that it might run awful at launch.
What is your opinion on that?

WB has a history of crippling their games with poor Denuvo implementations. Batman - Arkham Knight, Injustice 1&2 are prime examples and they just have a bad track record. All of those games were Disasters at release.

Let someone else be the guinea pig. There is zero harm holding onto your money for just a little bit to make sure NRS didn't botch the implementation and you don't end up with a jittery, stuttery mess. There should be enough info to make the jump a few hours to a day after release. The internet will scream, and you'll know.

Or, if you'd prefer buy it and make them process a refund. Your call. Just don't let hype get the best of you here and wind up with a sub-par release.

it doesnt matter man take the tin foil hat off its not gonna make a difference

or just buy on ps5

U'd think it does not matter but every game that had denuvo had problems on launch.
2 why ps 5, what made u think that i want to buy it on ps 5?

It seems u don't know / didn't play games with denuvo on first date on pc or u don't remember the DMC 5 or Resindent Evil Village, both having denuvo at the start
It also shows me that u apparently play more on the console, i will still get it for pc bcs that's my main platform + i don't have to buy a subscription to play online, yet the problem still stands in the fact that it has denuvo, and idk how many patches it will take to make it ok ( if there is need to patch)

Denuvo or not, the fact they're putting MTX in a $70/110 game is a major turn-off for me, as hyped as I am for the other aspects of the game.

why does it matter? just dont buy them who cares its a fighting game you not gonna be throwing out cash mid match to win a round lol

What IS denuvo? I never understood that, I just know it's another greedy thing about current gaming generation.

It's a drm, trying (key word trying) to protect games from being cracked, but at the same time creates problems with framerates, freezes, and other types of problems

It matters because it affects the design of the game's progression and also is insulting to those actually paying for the game. It's basically paid cheats

Yup and it's that precedent that puts me off even more because I've seen how bad it can be. Though, that said, SF6 now gives MK11 a run for its money on being scummy with MTX
