Who creates animated avatars, why don't they create animated avatar with a logo MK1?????

Who creates animated avatars? Steam or game creators?

It's up to the devs to create Steam Points items. MK11 has some animated stickers (and other static profile items)

but they have never created animated avatars with MK emblems, this time if they don’t create them either, I’ll make them fatalities

I wouldn't expect them straight after launch but who knows?
