Will this game have full modding support unlike the other games?

MK games are not good for modding like DOA, KOF or Street Fighter, only recolour mods look fine. Simple mods like MK2 Johnny are fine because you just need to remove that stupid tattoo from his chest and recolour his outfit. But MK1 Johnny wears shorts and they just... painted the trousers below knees with his skin colour, that looks awful, so obvious.
