(small) Ice Soulstones

I'm one of these away from making the rainbow bottle thing. I found a few in my traveling to the mid-20s but ended up selling a bunch of the small soulstones once I began collecting M and L sizes, not realizing I'd still want one. Are these farmable in some way?

You can just buy them (and M ones) from the Black Market. Go to the areas west of the Abandoned Village where there's a pair of tables, and keep cycling day and night until you see a pair of female NPC shops. The one on the left sells soulstones.

Nice! I've only ever seen random armor/weapons but that's good to know.

Just keep switching between night and day and the vendors will change randomly.
