How difficult is it for a new player?
Never played the first and rarely if ever play old school jrpg's. How difficult are the hardest parts of this game? Is there an easy mode or are there walls in OP2?

the game is easier than the first one and generally people find OT2 too easy, the hardest part of the game is the optionnal true last boss (and it's a pain in the ass), some bosses can be challenging but nothing impossible if you prepare your team.

You just need to check / upgrade your equipements, job and passives and it's not really hard
