Got a TaoBao steam key and gifted with strange game

My uncle got this game for me. He got the code from TaoBao.
The code for this game seems to work fine though... However, I am not sure where they got it from.
The TabBao seller also gifted him a code for this game here. Which looked a bit suspicious

I am not sure how legit the seller was or if they were trying something strange?
Is steam able to look into this? Anyone who I can contact?
