Where to learn Hikari challenge skill Level Slash?

There's a Sanctum Knight standing next to a merchant outside the cathedral or whatever it is in Stormhail that has it. 5 stars I think so not a difficult fight.

It would be nice, though, if it actually told you what the heck the skill did before you went through the effort of acquiring it so you didn't have to look every single skill up on reddit/wiki

It SOUNDS cool but I have no idea if it's even single target or multi-target, single hit, multi hit, how much dmg does it do, what type of dmg does it do etc. etc. ???

Level Slash is "decent" at the start, but costs too much SP. imo, get another weapon's "all hit" skill. I use Twin Serpents myself. Lots of things are weak to spears, and that strikes everything twice for 19 SP. Waaaaaaaaay more cost effective. Also, you're better off using something like "Double Slash" if you're going for breaks and get Hikari the Inspiriting Break support skill. Then you'll never run out of SP.

Hits an enemy 4 times with a sword for a lot of damage each hit and it's single target. Aggressive Slash is better for breaking since it can hit more when boosted but Limb from Limb does a lot more damage.
