anyone got an idea what the heck could be missing?

at this point i finished everything else. on the matter of visiting all places i made sure to backtrack to frigid isle, already found starfall spring and revisited areas that have been part of the story to mention the usual suspects. also checked on guides and compared my map markers to others.

one thing that doesnt sit well with me is that i couldnt see a way to revisit the guard ship at canalbrine, while said ship is still on the map. literally no clue what else it could be tho.

did any of you guys have a similar experience and managed to find the missing piece, what was it if so?

Did you actually go into Frigit Island and not just the outside? It triggered for me when I stepped into the actual prison area.

yea i sure did, including the mining site and any other place on that isle

For me the last few places that I had trouble finding were the following:

1) Starfall Springs which is southeast of Cropdale. You need to travel via the river.
2) Infernal Castle: Southwest of Stormhail there is a place called Beneath the Wall. Near the entrance there is a fragile bridge that will break when you have at least seven people try to cross it. Once the bridge collapses, you will fall into the Infernal Castle.
3) Curious Nest: Northeast of the Altar of the Charitable. Can only be access by ship via the Sundering Sea.

appreciate the effort, those are certainly good picks for potentially missed areas.
i ve already seen these tho, whelp, sooner or later.

oha, just found my missing piece.

cavern of waves, north in the area of the beasting bay anchorage.
easily missed along the previously mentioned ones, at least in my case.

Yeah that one doesn't really show up on the map as an empty spot. A lot of us knew about that one because it was in the demo and so people talked about it a lot....

I was struggling with this as well. For anyone else looking, the achievement popped for me when I found Abandoned Waterway in Brightlands.

Do you actually have to find and beat a mini boss in cavern of waves? Or just walk inside to trigger the visit for the achievement?
