Battle-Tested Gear Achievement Bugged

Am I missing something or is the achievement simply bugged for me?

I have all the Battle-Tested weapons (Sword, Spear, Dagger, Axe, Bow and Staff).
Yet the game never gave me the achievement?

I didn't get any of them by farming, but rather by buying/stealing/entreat them from their respective side quest NPCs.
Curious to know if this happened to anyone else or if I'm missing something.
