What lvl should I be before I seek out Secret Jobs?

I haven't found any secret jobs yet, and I'm worried maybe I'm going to pass them up or something. My characters are about lvl 25 thru 35 right now. I read an article online saying some people wait until around lvl 50 to go for secret jobs.

I got Inventor level 10 or so, then i got Armsmaster at level 30. Those 2 dont require fighting.

I got Conjurer at lvl 54 and i still have to go and get Arcanist and i'm 62. But thats overleveled.

Oh thanks, yeah I should have mentioned I got Inventor, but not the others.

Getting Armsmaster is somewhat passive, since you can find a couple of the requirement bits earlier on if you explore, or do side quests often. If you have found any piece of rusty gear than you have what you need, and can unlock it once you find a specific blacksmith.

You can get Arcanist a bit earlier if you equip the higher flee chance and reduced encounters support skills.

Yea Arcanist is easier to get than Conjurer

Got Inventor at level 5. [No fights required]
Got Armsmaster at level ~20 [No fights required]
Got Arcanist at level ~25 [Requires a boss battle]
Haven't gotten the last one Conjurer yet, but it requires a certain character's story completion.

However you do need to complete some bosses to finish off Armmaster
