Only interesting things she has are tied to the dancer class which isn't something unique about her.
Grinding with Merchant/Thief - Given Boost Start and A Step Ahead, I can hit all enemies with a fully boosted Collect or Steal on turn 2 with her LP. This is great for farming leaves or items.
Boss build with Inventory - A full party BP/HP/SP hit with her LP and Arkar's Coil or massive shield breaks with Elemental Bomb Bottle. The latter throws 1 bottle per BP for every elemental weakness show. So a boss with 2 elemental weaknesses has just lost 6 shields.
My party I either have Scholar or Warrior fed BP with merchants and buff them and they just explode damage, makes the game trivial
Also her ex skill where your party gets to go first next turn is really good, you don't need to pay attention to speed
Yeah, her LP makes alone her one of the most versatile characters in the entire game, but then you add to that Windy Refrain and Dance Sessions and she's a powerhouse. I only wish Windy Refrain counted as a dance but that would probably be OP.
As others have said just having the 75sp townsperson following her means I've literally never run out of SP or used an SP recovery item/skill to date, Her latent is loads of fun to play around with secondary jobs. Windy Refrain is nice, an EX skill I use more often than a lot of others at any rate.
The real reason though is because she's a Cinnamon Roll and has Haru's VA
But uh yeah.. my only beef with Agnea is her story really sucks and is boring compared to everyone else (So far? I haven't finished her chapter 5 yet..) and it feels like Octopath Traveler 1's middling average-at-best writing.. Unless Chapter 5 takes a sharp left turn and really wow's me, then hers has been the real low point of the game where everything else has been improved tremendously since the first one.
It's an all-enemy Leghold Trap, so it's borderline OP for me, like Veil of Darkness.
I can get behind that. :)
- Her Unique EX skill Windy Refrain will put your team in front of all enemies at the
next turn, and since I had "A Step Ahead" on my whole party, I'd get two turn to do
things before enemy could act.
- Her Latent Power making it so a buff could affect the whole party was really useful.
I gave her the job "Apothecary" so she can give everyone passive HP regen or Status
Ailment Negation.
- You could even have her as cleric and give the whole party big defense or just
straight up dmg negation.

I felt like I found a nice strategy with everyone when I had to keep switching around, and seeing what happens at the end of the game, it's good to discover combos for each person.
