make a team consist of 1x Dancer+Inventor, and 3x Merchant.
Stack as much Leaves Boosting stuff as you can, increase as much encounter as you can.
Go to a higher level area with monster that have lots of HP.
All 3 Merchant just Spam Bifelgan's Bounty the Damage you dealt = Leaves.
Dancer Inventor use latent power Arkar Coil to gain back BP for whole team, then Bifelgan's Bounty again.
With the right setup each battle is around 2-3min and you earn around 15k~20k Leaves from Bifelgan's Bounty alone. if you include the leaves you made each fight and stuff you sell away, Leaves just keep rolling.
p.s with the same setup and you are rich, you can cheese quite some battle as well with hired help, Veteran Soldier or Foreign assassin Spam
in the end you will need to use all 8 character anyway, cough cough Final Final boss fight wink wink...
Kick that can break ANYONE
Latent power that make everyskill she uses AoE, you can combo that with other jobs skills on her and with her kick you can break in AoE
also her kick scales with your strongest physical weapon, it's easy to get 9.999 damage with her kick
put any secondary job on her and she is a really solid character
there is no bad character in this game
she starts with full latent power every fight
buffs entire party with good buff skill at the start of every battle
profit
Agnea + Warrior = Full Aggressive Slash against ALL enemies
Agnea + Rogue = All Steal, All Darkest Night, All Armor Corrosive, All Shackle Foe, All Surprise Attack, All HP Thief
Agnea + Merchant = All Arrow of Fortune, All Collect, All Ember
Agnea + Apothecary = All Icicle, All Rehabilitate, All Poison Axe, All Replenish Health, All Weak to Poison
Agnea + Hunter= All Cleaving. All Thunder, All Abating Orb, All Leghold Trap
Fact of the matter is that the least useful thing you can do is make Agnea a spell caster, all of the most beneficial things that the Scholar and the Cleric get, don't have any synergy with her latent power and she is the third best caster in the game, meaning that you get infinitely more use out of those classes if you just leave them to your dedicated casters. However, Agnea is arguably the second best user of EVERY other class based purely on her utility (with the exception of Warrior which goes to Castti). And with full Merchant investment, she can do any of this on the first turn and with two BP every single battle.
Some fun interactions start showing up with the late-game classes, though. Armsmaster's Mischievous Step and Conjurer's Dance of Immunity count as dances, and trigger Agnea's dance partner. Multi-cast Dance of Immunity can be useful for certain bosses, and being able to hit everyone with Sixfold Strike is there when you absolutely need to know everyone's physical weaknesses.
And of course, giving her Inventor and having Arkar's Coil hitting everyone is really good if you feel you need that emergency button.
I thought so at first as well but it turns out that's definitely incorrect.
I know I'm about to drop some mad blasphemy but I've done multiple runs and spent about ~150 hours in this game with a damage meter and by far the most surprising things I learned was...
Agnea is a stupid OP elemental AoE caster. You'll notice that her special ability is the same as Osvald's but inverted.
Scholar is one of the last jobs I tried with her, and since I already knew how to badly break a certain shonen battle manga protagonist at the start of a new run
She's a classic jrpg sleeper character, meant to seem largely weak and pointless but secretly quite busted in some surprising ways
I see a lot of people focus too much on her latent power and that's why they think Scholar wouldn't work for her, since it's already AoE stuff. But due to her high Elemental Attack, she really provides great damage with Scholar, while allowing you to use her latent for her Dancer skills.
