I don't think I have found an accessory for it.
I want to say "Rehabilitate" from the Apothecary's skills also cures petrification.
i have found the item to cure it but i dont know where from or how to get more, thankfully i was able to kill it before it used the skill more then 3 times, i could cure it twice and the 3rd knocked 1 down but i managed to get it down.
Herb-of-Grace Bud and Herb Elixir can be bought at Black Market in New Delsta Flats during night. NPCs with available wares rotate on random basis so you have to switch through day and night cycle until you encounter team of 5 NPCs (3 sellers and 2 customers).
Herb-of-Grace Bud costs 1980 leaves, Herb Elixir - 600 leaves.
Cheers~
After i had beaten it though, i figured maybe Partitio with Arcanist as a secondary job and Divine Necklace would do the trick. The Divine Necklace makes him immune to petrify while Arcanist allowes him to cast Rest on the entire party curing status ailments, healing and restoring sp pretty much every turn.
Thats just an idea though, as i said i only thought of it after beating the boss.
