Any Tips On Early Money Making?
I have all the characters, and stuff is damn expensive to afford. And it seems that equipment makes a huge impact in this game. I'm still early, most characters at mid-late 10s with Ochette at 21. Wondering if there's any tips to makin' money at this stage. Like anywhere Caits seem to spawn more, or anywhere where lots of enemies spawn in groups where they all have the same weakness. Or enemies that seem to give more gold, or whatever else.

My personal take is that Hikari has a learned skill early on [can't remember when] where a percentage of the damage done is given to you as money. I've been relying heavily on that. Just layering on other character effects on top of that like you mentioned and I've had zero issues with money in this game.

OT1 had a character that made money simply by walking between places. I don't think that's the case here in OT2.

I'm not as far as you in this game, but I'm guessing someplace where there are enemies with a weakness that Osvald can exploit at the same time would be a good idea to quickly do an AOE attack.

You can make an absolute bundle taking items from people in towns. Pair that with hiring someone who boosts sale value with Partitio and it helps even more.

This. I'm making a ton of money with Osvald just mugging people.
Partitio has skills and passives centered around making money and some of the people he recruits can help you haggle prices for items. I got 7000 Leaf spear for half the price.

If you started with Ochette. seeing how she can turn her captured monsters into items just start catching and turning as many monsters into items as possible. Like the starting fish monsters around the alchemist womans area can be turned into items that sell for 600 a pop if you combine that with the merchants ability to sell items for more you'll be racking in the cash like crazy,

get osvald and throne in your party and then start steal/mug items from people in town. partitio also can get bonus depending on who you hire, I usually hire someone who give extra leaf when selling item.

Alchemist woman - meaning apothecary (Castti)?

Half the characters in the game basically have the same ability to acquire items from people in town under different circumstances. It's really not that complicated. Start with Osvald or Throne, pick up the one you didnt start with, plus the cleric, and then cross to the western continent and pick up the dancer. You now steal, mug, or make them give you items, knock people out blocking doorways, two different ways of getting information which can reveal hidden items, etc.
