I cannot confirm playing the demo, encouter rate and enemies seem to be the same it's just not well thought out, like I already pointed out in another thread.
From a purely min/max perspective, moving only at night is likely the better option with night passives.
Still tho, XP is XP
Yup, +50% XP and JP at night is going to be a tough thing to pass up for a lot of people. I think a lot of people (maybe most people) will try to fight all their battles at night
I confirm, the group encounter are different from day to night and also different on water.
