Storepage blocked in Germany (missing age rating)

Dear developers,

starting on November 15, 2024, Steam will no longer display games to customers in Germany if the game is missing a valid age rating.

To ensure that your game is visible and available for sale in Germany, you need to complete Steam's built-in content questionnaire.

Hi Kamm! When I open steam's survey page for Germany, I see "All good; all your games have the required rating entered."

Is it still blocked in Germany? (as of 2025)

Sadly, yes.
I think this is badly implemented and communicated by Valve. I've heard about this problem (it shows as if everything is ok) a few times. To solve it, one must go through the process of the age rating survey again.
