Cloud Ground Tile vs Decoration
Is there a difference between these? Like they seem to function pretty much the same right? I just noticed the circular version is labelled a decoration and it also gives way less from the duplication bag.

Can you stack the square ones like a normal block, I don't even think I have 2 of them to test? Maybe if you have block lock on they behave differently, that might be important to some people? I have never used them to actually build anything.
Edit: adjusted, because yesterday, apparently my brain was a confused mess :/

Only the square clouds can be used to lift tiles, but both circular and square clouds can be used to lift decorations.

(which is a bit strange that the square cloud works for both - because of the descriptions)
(And yes they both stack)

I think you're right, its 100p for block locking. I just haven't gotten to the stage of the game where I'm locked on all my ground tiles. Thanks!

Ok, so I deleted my comment as I've just discovered it was a false statement.

I was too quick to assume something while playing yesterday.
Before I used the grey stone low wall piece, I first tried to lift tiles with the round clouds and that didn't work, while it did work with the square clouds.
I then automatically assumed that would mean that the circular ones could only be used for decoration items. I just did some more testing and realised I assumed wrong.

(did only check a few items of course)
(And yes they both stack)

Maybe it's an error and the round "decoration" clouds were supposed to indeed only work for decorations??

That makes sense, it just seems weird that the circular tiles are more limited in their uses and you receive less from duplicating? You'd think it would be the other way around lol.

I adjusted my comment. I mixed things up a bit yesterday :/

i would disagree on them being more limited cuz i think the round tiles you can stack on top of other items but the square ones you can't? So you could have a pillar with a circle cloud on top and on top of that a secret item to make it seem like its floating

Oh! That's true. It does provide some interesting utility options. Thanks for pointing that out!
