Can't progress on chapter 2 because the game crashes

Hello, I'm currently on chapter 2 of the game when Faratrass and Helios must defeat master Alvano to escape, but I can't continue because after the first fight, no matter which enemy I fight on the map, my game automatically crashes. Is this a normal problem from the game or is my PC the problem ? Please let me know.

Hello Chipkuni,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Did you notice some general problems during gameplay (like lag, freezes, etc.)? Is your PC build old or recent?
It's the first time I receive this report so I don't know what to think.
Have you tried restarting the chapter from the beginning, admitted you have another save file?
I will try looking into it should the problem persist, and once I have more information.
