We just can't play the game devs do something patch that

When ever i start the game, the game says that I am not in the playarea and that i have to reposition my VR headset, but I am in my play area. There is also a red arrow but when i stand underneath it, it does nothing. How can i fix this problem?

This is the only game where this occurs. I'm playing on an oculus quest 2 and when I open the game via steam vr (using virtual desktop) , it opens on my pc, and I can interact with the game on my pc until after I press the game start button in the game menu, but it will not open on my headset. Anyone know any fixes?...
