I don't own the game yet because, I'm waiting to see how many issues people are having with it since it just released.
I think the game, once you start it, will automatically set the graphics up as many do. After that, you just have to tinker with them in the game's settings menu until, you get or, are OK with how it looks and runs.

Since I can no longer play the demo to tinker with settings and that people are complaining about the game after it's release, I very seriously don't think I'll purchase it.
As for demos, some devs give you plenty of content and allow you to play the demo, as many times as you want to, even if, you have to start over. Some don't, they give you so many hours of game play then, want you to purchase it.
I'll get 19GB of drive space back once I delete the demo. ;)
